supports multiple users limited only by your number of EasyWorld Software user licenses,
computer network hardware and computer network infrastructure. With EasyWorld Software
you can run hundreds of users per location, and complete hundreds of transactions
with thousands of line items per day.
Multiple
User Security:
The Login
Security module has been designed to allow users to control user access to the software
modules and features. EasyWorld Software has 30+ available modules or areas such as
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, General Ledger, Order Entry, etc.
with each module providing user access security. EasyWorld Software provides a great
deal of control over what users are able to do and what areas of the software users
can access. Each module or area has 4 sub-modules; Data Entry, Reports, Setup, and
Supervisor with each sub-module providing additional user access separately. On top
of this, EasyWorld Software provides for Add New, Edit, and Delete rights for the
Data Entry and Setup sub-modules of each of the 30+ modules providing you a high level
of control for user access and control. The Login Security module is linked to all
other modules.
Multiple
User Main Menus:
Users in your
organization can be assigned and access their EasyWorld Software by different Main
Menu screens assigned to each user.
