Multiple User Screens:

There are a number of different user screens that are available in EasyWorld Software for data entry and processing functions such as order entry, purchasing, billing, etc. Users in your organization can be assigned and access their EasyWorld Software by different user screens assigned to each user. This is in addition to the availability of multiple main menu systems. The EasyWorld Software interface with multiple user screens coupled with multiple main menu systems offers a high level of customization per user to enable each user his or her unique view and use of daily activities and functions.

Multiple User Main Menus:

There are a number of different user main menus that are available in EasyWorld Software. Users in your organization can be assigned and access their EasyWorld Software by different Main Menu screens assigned to each user.

Multiple User Security:

All of the main menus available in EasyWorld Software will present the user with only the module items and features that the user has been givien access to in the EasyWorld Software user access security system. The Login Security module has been designed to allow users to control user access to the software modules and features. EasyWorld Software has 30+ available modules or areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, General Ledger, Order Entry, etc. with each module providing user access security which is all tied to the main menu screens. EasyWorld Software provides a great deal of control over what users are able to do and what areas of the software users can access. Each module or area has 4 sub-modules; Data Entry, Reports, Setup, and Supervisor with each sub-module providing additional user access separately. On top of this, EasyWorld Software provides for Add New, Edit, and Delete rights for the Data Entry and Setup sub-modules of each of the 30+ modules providing you a high level of control for user access and control which is all tied together to all of the available user main menu screens.

Multiple Users:

EasyWorld Software supports multiple users limited only by your number of EasyWorld Software user licenses, computer network hardware and computer network infrastructure. With EasyWorld Software you can run hundreds of users per location, and complete hundreds of transactions with thousands of line items per day.
