Consolidated reporting
across companies is available from both financial reporting and our Reports Engine
to allow for both financial and custom user generated reports.
Divisions,
Departments and Locations:
The EasyWorld Software system supports multiple companies, with multiple
divisions within each company, with multiple departments within each division, and
with multiple locations within each department. This is an ideal set-up for companies
with many independent divisions, departments, or locations. Each division, department
and location within an organization can record and manage their own general ledger,
inventories and corporate data.
A company has divisions,
a division has departments and a department has a locations. Each division, department
and location is a separate entity and can be setup with it's own general ledger, inventory,
customer list, vendor list, etc.
Whenever you are working
within EasyWorld Software, you are always in a company, and a division, a department,
and a location related to that company. If you do not want to track information by
division, department, and location then
the division, department and location for a company would be set to DEFAULT.
